Our approach is unique and holistic. Before any testing takes place, you will receive an in-depth consultation with one of our Functional Medicine doctors, to comprehensively assess your personal health and history. Your doctor will then select and recommend the most appropriate tests for your individual needs. Our Full Assessment appointment and our memberships include functional medicine blood tests and diagnostics in the fee.

Functional Medicine Doctor Consultation
Unlike some other providers, At PHC we have a unique and holistic approach ā discover what your journey towards a greater, better healthspan could look like with a 90 minute consultation. With nothing off the table, you and your functional medicine doctor will discuss your past and current status and aspirations, before your personal recommendations towards optimal health and wellness are comprehensively outlined. You can send us any previous blood work/lab results that you would like to discuss at this appointment too.

The most in-depth and comprehensive Functional Medicine blood test available on the market is included in the fee for our full assessment appointment and includes a total of 6hrs & 45 minutes with our Functional Medicine Doctor, Visiting Nurse and Registered Nutritionist, spread over a 3 month period.
