Dr Omer Khalid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Omer Khalid is a co-founder of PHC and a Board-certified Gastroenterologist with advanced training in hepatology, internal medicine and obesity medicine. He\u2019s dedicated his career to caring for people, not just treating diseases, but helping each patient to become a healthier, stronger version of themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His work spans years of clinical practice and research, including extensive experience with clinical trials aimed at bringing better, evidence-based options to those who need them most. He believes that staying at the cutting edge of medicine isn\u2019t just a professional responsibility; it\u2019s a way to ensure his patients receive the very best care possible. What truly drives him though, is connection. He sees every patient as a partner on a shared journey towards better health. Whether he\u2019s managing digestive conditions, supporting liver health or tackling weight and metabolic challenges together, his goal is always the same: to listen, to guide and to empower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Khalid is especially passionate about longevity and healthy ageing. Bilal Khalid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bilal Khalid is an experienced professional with a background in law, finance, and business management. He holds an LLB with Business Studies and an LLM in Commercial Law, and has completed all ACCA papers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before founding his own companies, Bilal worked as a Management Accountant in both industry and professional firms, where he developed a strong foundation in financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency.  He is the founder and director of Maxspace Projects Ltd, overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential and medical construction projects across the UK, with a focus on professionalism, safety, and long-term sustainability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bilal is also a co-owner of Hubkom Solutions, which provides administrative and operational support to healthcare practices, helping them enhance efficiency and patient care. In addition, Bilal is a qualified personal trainer and continues to be passionate about the health and fitness industry, which inspired his desire to establish a wellness clinic aimed at optimising people\u2019s lives through improved health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Dr Mayoni Gooneratne MBBS, BSc, MRCS, AFMCP is a functional medicine doctor, educator and former NHS surgeon with a deep commitment to personalised, connected care. Dr Mayoni Gooneratne MBBS, BSc, MRCS, AFMCP is the Functional Medicine Medical Director at PHC, a leading educator, and a former NHS surgeon. As the founder of Human Health and SkinFit, she has developed rigorous clinical frameworks that combine medical science with personalised, lifestyle-led interventions\u2014all delivered through a metabolic, root-cause lens. She is also the creator of Human Health Professionals, an educational membership supporting clinicians to elevate standards of sustainable, systems-based care.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her role at PHC \u2013 Personalised Health Clinics, Dr Mayoni leads the clinical delivery of PHC\u2019s functional medicine offering. Together, they are building a new model of care\u2014one that puts time, trust, and tailored intervention at its heart. Her focus is simple: spending more time with people, listening properly, and creating personalised plans that fit real life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A former colorectal and pelvic floor surgeon, her early academic research in pelvic neurology exposed critical gaps in women\u2019s health understanding and access\u2014insights that informed her transition into functional medicine and the establishment of Human Health in 2020. She now designs and delivers evidence-informed pathways that support women through hormonal transitions and the complex realities of modern metabolic and endocrine health.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Mayoni is Vice President of the British College of Functional Medicine, a TEDx speaker, curator of the Medical Longevity Summit at CCR, chair of Future Patient, and an award-winning voice in the aesthetics and wellness sectors. Dr Chetna Kang<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dr Chetna Kang is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in London, with over 25 years’ clinical experience. She qualified as a medical doctor from Imperial College Medical School, progressing on to specialise in general adult and liaison psychiatry and has extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector. She takes a\u00a0Person-Centred Integrative approach,\u00a0where a variety of interventions and treatment options are considered, such as psychotherapy, medication, nutraceuticals, meditation, yoga, neuromodulation devices, Ayurveda\u00a0and gut health.\u00a0Her expertise includes adult ADHD, stress-related disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, psychosis, functional disorders, personality disorders, and behavioural addictions. She has a special interest in\u00a0Spirituality in Psychiatry and sits on the Royal College of Psychiatrists Executive Committee for Spirituality and Psychiatry SiG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passionate about raising awareness of mental health and reducing the stigma, Dr Kang has worked with BBC radio for 15 years on several programmes. She continues to feature on TV, radio, podcasts, broadsheets and digital media, offering her expertise on mental health problems, wellbeing and spirituality. She has contributed to several books and journals. Dr Kang also runs wellness workshops\u00a0for several large high-profile organisations such as Ernst & Young, Barclays Bank, Goldman Sachs, Intel and Accenture. Gastroenterologist<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr Konstantinos Mantzoukis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dr Mantzoukis (GMC no: 7121894) specialises in gastroenterology, hepatology, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, double-balloon enteroscopy) and has an extensive experience with the use of intragastric balloons since 2013.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He qualified in Gastroenterology in 2011 in Greece and came to the UK with a scholarship to pursue further specialisation in Hepatology at the Sheila Sherlock Liver Centre at the Royal Free Hospital in London.   Dr Mantzoukis is a JAG accredited trainer in endoscopy (UK) with extensive work experience in university hospitals at the NHS as well as the private sector in Greece and in the UK.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaley Johnson<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Kaley began her career as a Registered Nurse in Canada and practiced for 10 years as an advanced critical care nurse. Later, whilst living abroad with her husband and raising two children, Kaley explored integrative therapies and became a Yoga teacher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaley completed a Master\u2019s Degree in Nursing from University of Athabasca and graduated with distinction from ION via Portsmouth University as a Nutritional Therapist (GradDip) and is fully registered with BANT (British Association of Lifestyle Medicine and Nutritional Therapy). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaley believes the philosophical ideals of Nursing and Functional Nutrition have a synergistic potential to source the root cause of imbalance in the body and provide effective holistic support to a variety of clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
